Wiiste's customer satisfaction improved further - NPS rose to 40
The results of our recent customer satisfaction survey tell us that our increased investment in testing and product development over the past year has been noticed by the users of our products.
We are also pleased that the ease of doing business with us received very positive feedback from our survey participants.
A selection of the results:
- Our NPS score increased to 40 from 33 (year before)
- Already 82% of respondents had used our IoT products
Overall, we received a good rating from our customers. The best scores in the survey were in the areas of ease of use of our products and ease of doing business with us. We also received important development comments.
